Hi at that place! Fondant won't go bad (mmf is pretty much all sugar and then it volition last forever) just it volition go hard over time. So, it depends on if your guests will be eating these decorations. If no 1 volition exist eating them then go ahead and make them whenever.
But an thought though......I've never done it, but you lot could try to test freeze a few and see how they come back to room temp.
If that doesn't work, you should wait.

Thanks! Practiced to know
I hope they eat them hehe are hey not edible
I brand mine and after letting them air dry for 24 hours or so, I put them in a Tupperware container in tissue paper they concur up beautifully and can all the same be eaten considering they don't go stone hard. Longest I've kept any is well-nigh 5 months. Hope this helps! Oh and congratulations!!

Yep, I brand mine up as early every bit I have time. If you want them hard store them in paper-thin, if you desire them even so chewable store them in plastic boxes or even ziplocks. I take preserved toppers after the block was eaten (because they were beautiful and I couldn't bear to throw them abroad even so) for many months and they looked just like they did when I get-go made them.

I wouldn't freeze them. When yous accept them out, the condensation will make them mucilaginous and gooey. (Yuck). :-) You can definitely make them now. Fifty-fifty if they are hard, they are yet edible. I don't know why you would want to though. They are pure sugar.Simply make them, let them air dry, and store in a dry place in a zip bag or plastic container. Good luck.
