Chick Hicks was a Piston Cup racer from 1980 to 2005 sponsored past Hostile Takeover Banking company (formerly Cozsen) having the number 86. Chick was known for crashing and bashing out several racers in his career.

Career

Chick Hicks debuted in 1980 as a rookie for Cozsen. He caused his get-go crash in the 1980 TBA. He as well got his first win at the 1980 Easy Idle 400 and later on that year he won the Copper Canyon 400.

In 1983 he ditched Cozsen and went to a new squad chosen Hostile Takeover Depository financial institution.

He was as well known as the "Runner-up", since he is the racer with most 2nd finishes in races or championship standings. Examples are 1988, 1994, 1999 and 2001 but he as well got a lot of tertiary places in years similar 2000, 2003 and 2004. In other seasons he finished quaternary or behind.

2005 was Chick's best year. He won a couple of races, but The King and Lightning McQueen both started giving him competition, so Chick unfortunately had to cheat by crashing other racers and causing big ones. He crashed the other racers in the field besides The King and Lightning but no i didn't care as he didn't killed anybody although he did crusade an nigh fatal-crash at the Dinoco 400 which he involved almost every racer behind him. He tied with The King and McQueen at the race.

A big event at the Los Angeles International Speedway was going to be held to determine a winner for the 2005 season. During the race Chick was in his usual 2nd place until Lightning McQueen started passing him and was going from 2nd to concluding place. He and then started bashing Lightning and finally he did what he would have never washed. Crash out The Male monarch. He won the 2005 Piston Cup after Lightning stopped to save The King only he was booed for his actions. Afterward that, he decided to retire, and then worked as an employee for the RSN (Racing Sports Network), and hosts his own show called Chick's Picks with Chick Hicks.
